Before we adopted Chloe she had been hit by a car which left her with broken back legs and a fractured growth plate. The growth plate never healed and was causing huge issues with her leg, so we followed her orthopedic surgeon’s advice and proceeded with her amputation.
She’s an amazing, strong pup as about a year and a half after amputation she tore her CCL in her remaining back leg. That also required surgery. With everything Chloe Mae has been through she remains the sweetest, happiest puppy!
