There’s a big pawty happening at the Rainbow Bridge. It’s Billy Amore’s 17th birthday!
Billy beat the bone cancer odds for four incredible years! We were so fortunate to get to know him and his pack.
In honor of Billy and fellow Tripawd Angels, the Amore family sent a generous gift to our community.
I remember the vet telling us that dog his size (100 pounds) and age 9 1/2, was likely to survive for nine months. That only 2% of dogs with his diagnosis age & size survive that long.
Four and half years on 3 legs … We were blessed. Great dog, superb team of doctors, elite & caring support network.
