I love the idea of a Tripawds Foundation. My Jake became a tripawd due to cancer at 11 years old and I was completely lost until I found this place.
I have made some wonderful friends, and the support when he became an angel was more than I could have imagined. He was my best friend, and everything I learned here on Tripawds inspired me to adopt my second tripawd Tanner.
Thank you Rene, Jim and Jerry (long may he run) for everything you have given us and allowing us an opportunity to give back.
ELIZABETH, TANNER AND JAKE…..true friends of Tripawds…and I’m honored to call them true heart friends of mine . Connections like this just show us over and oever that Tripawds is so much more than a discussion for “amputations”, etc.
Having the PRIVILEGE of traveling this journey with someone as compassionate and giving as Elizabeth reminds us what’s good and pure about this world. Her devotion to Jake…and his to her…yeah, a soul deep joining of two hearts who understand the language of unconditional love. This bond with this beautiful blue eyed Jake IS eternal!
And then you have Tanner!!! I wish everyone could nave the privilege of meeting this dog like I have! He hit the lottery with Elizabeth and he KNOWS it…..and he milks it for all it’s worth!! Just seeing his name…seeing a picture…makes me break out in giggles and keeps a smile in my face for days!!
So grateful that Jake brought Elizabeth here…and crazy Tanner too!
